Georgism
Tax land, not labour.
Georgists think you should own what you make, but nobody made the land. So instead of taxing wages and businesses, tax the value of land, which the whole community creates. Otherwise, they're pro-market and anti-tariff. Economists from left to right have a soft spot for it.
