Libertarian Socialism
No bosses, no Big Brother.
Libertarian socialists are against concentrated power wherever it shows up, in the boardroom or the government. They want workplaces run by the people in them, communities that run themselves, and decisions made from the bottom up. Every hierarchy has to justify itself, and most can't.
What they'd say
Why does anyone need a boss?
Swapping a CEO for a bureaucrat isn't freedom.
Decisions belong to the people who live with them.
